About time some one put him in his place instead of pussy footing around the issues. It's always the same round of generic questions and the same bunch of lame answers from him. How far is someone allowed to take things and ruin lives before they stop and are now triyng to be forgiven. If he was a real man/father, he would allow his kids to continue to film and be provided for and take the back seat to the lime light and grow up. Kate is also a bitch and she said on TV last week on the Today Show that women were offering her love and support because they are in the same position she is. BS not one woman that I know who has 6, 7 or 8 kids gets a paid for house and 5 nannies to care for the kids ... also a paycheck of about $100,000 per week (44,000 per episode right ???) so how could any woman or man relate to them and offer them sympathy. They should BOTH have to work like everyone else and suffer thru hard economic times, and now I hear that Kate the biotch is going to get her own show. Real tough on ya HUH KATE ? Jon is stupid. He couldn't even spell correctly on the sign he posted on the gate. Kate and the kids will be better off without him. She already has 8 kids and didn't need a ninth (Jon). I had stopped watching the show when it was his turn. Jon is playing around with this situation, I know that kate is strong, but did you see Jon screaming in the videos too and how he treats the kids when he is mad, so is not only kate is Jon too that have a bad temper. He is a selffish that doesn't let Kate do her own show with the kids after he left the house and was with differents women. to anyone who is against jon (not that i fully defend him), have they ever seen the show? all kate did was talk about herself or scream at the kids and jon in such a degrading manner. i stopped watching the show because i didn't support how kate treated her own family and could not believe jon stayed married to her for so long. now all of a sudden she's the "hero" and "can't pay her bills"? oh please. she was paid to be a charity event just last week (which she apparently demands a certain amount) and quite frankly i don't believe a word she says. as for nancy, even if you believe someone is horribly wrong, you don't get your message across by rudely interrupting and barking words like some common bully. it made her look distasteful.

Kate isn't perfect but she has been the driving force behind the care and well being of the children. They are healthy, safe, educated and for the most part seem happy and secure. Jon Gosselin needs to stop playing the victim, he made his choice. Going around acting like Kate "made him do it" is disgusting. If he cares so much about his children, he needs to show some respect and consideration for all that she does. I think that is a big issue. Whatever Jon's marital reasoning is, he needs to show some respect to the children's mother and leave his issues with her out of it. She's not perfect but she is a good mother. I can't imagine what it is like to manage all issues for what is equal to a Kindergarten class 24/7, but all things considered the kids seem to be doing really well. There are kids out there in real trouble Jon needs to accept his choices, respect Kate as the mother and stop trying to interfere with her choices as a person and parent. He moved on without her and left her with all the responsibilities. She is entitled to work that out on her terms, just like he did.

I have been watching this saga from the beginning of the TLC show. It is evident that Jon was mentally and verbally abused by Kate throughout the show. The children, other family members, and the TLC crew have witnessed it. Yes, it's true he has made alot of mistakes but Kate wanted him out so as a man, what was he going to do. Not saying that it's right but it's the way men act when they're ego's have been crushed. He's said he's been through, and still in, therapy. The media has certainly shown Kate's "pity me" spots but poor Jon isn't given a chance. He's just trying to defend himself, his bad judgements, and his kids. Everyone needs to give him a break! For Kate it's all about the money and that's it!

While I used to think Jon was a decent guy, I have certainly changed my opinion of him. It is obvious now why Kate spoke to him the way that she did. Jon is not thinking intelligently or in the best interest of his children. Kate has been and will always be the brains in the family w/ the ambition. I truly adore Kate! She has given me so much inspiration as a mother of multiples myself! To raise multiples, it certainly takes compromise between parents. Jon let his ago get the best of him because public opinion USED to side w/ Jon. For those people who used to talk negative about Kate, well they obviously are not raising multiples and do not understand what stress that creates. Very simply put, Jon is a fool and Kate is a saint (my husband also agrees). 1) Jon canceling the show is not for his children, he sign on to it in the first place it because his name was taken off it and he wants a bigger name then Kate. Why else did he move to New York.
2) He says that Kate will never get full custody of the children, she so should, its not her face all over tv, papers with different women and she never move away from her children. Its only been Kate that has been worried about these children and taking care of them . She wasn't out with other women and taking trips. So I say give her custody
3) As for the money being taken out of the bank , come on Jon admit to what you did, the only prove you shown is from one bank account and Kate is charging him , so really she has to have prove to do that. He didn't make since she has to show the court everything what prove what money goes on.
4) He is the one taking everything away from his family and he moved , so Kate should be able to have a pay check . Stop getting off your power trip Jon. -

Kate has been quite disrespectful to Jon- I was not really surprised that they were getting a divorce- True reality TV only shows the most dramatic parts (ratings Baby) but it was plain as day that he was not happy- She appeared to like putting her partner/ husband down. The children should come first. Jon and Kate need to get a clue and stop airing their dirty laundry in the public. That being said, I have had experience with the infidelity issue. It DOES NOT matter whether Kate was overbearing with Jon, Jon chose to have leave his family. When he went out in public with his other women, he disgraced his family. I think it is terrible when you tune into the show "Jon and Kate Plus 8" and see nothing but conversations about how they are both doing! Does that really matter THE CHILDREN are what matter and them being brodcasted on TV while they are going through one of the hardest things as a child to deal with is not right but I guess that bis because they "Jon and Kate" are doing what is best for them! They don't need the money they need their parents to be there and help them deal with this new HUGE change! I used to be a huge fan I even went as far as buying the books, but now I am mortified to even watch as these children don't even have time to be sad over the new lives they HAVE to live, because they constantly have a camera in their faces. I hope for the better of these poor children they stop the show so they can have time to understand how their lives changing instead of being pushed and forced to be happy!

It's sad, hurtful, and is definitely going to affect their children in many different ways. Do the children need counseling? Absolutely. You know everyone is being played by Kate. If you remember in the show she was very mean to Jon. While all Jon did was please her or she would throw a tantrum. Jon gave her coffee in Bed ev. mornining. Jon bathed, dressed, brushed all his little kids ev. night and day. Why couldn't she share that? I also remember when she got mad at him because he went roller blading and he wouldn't come back to her she got so mad that she threw his leather coat on the ground outside the garage. It did not show on the show Jon and Kate but did on a commercial of it. Did everyone forget how she wouldn't give Maddy a sip of water, but she did take a sip. In her stupid head she thought if she gave her a sip she would have to give all of them a sip. SO! She is playing everyone and is good at it. Jon just an idiot, if he just disappeared, Kate would look like an idiot. They both seem addicted to a camera. It is sad, the kids might not feel important anymore with out cameras.
