My yes vote was not allowed for many hours today- just like all the other complaints below me.
I'm back now to try again and it took my yes vote this time. Only now I see how all those hours that it didnt work has allowed the NO VOTES to gain such a rediculous lead.
I know that most who hit NO just wanted to see if it would take it because it didnt take their YES vote. Which anyone with a brain could conclude that it was 'Curious People' that made the NO vote so high and nothing more. This Poll is rigged like I have never seen before SHAME ON THE INSIDER!! I have lost all respect for this entertainment news show, it's truly a sad thing.

I think that Kate is a very controlling woman, who is angry that Jon is out from under, and she would use the babysitter, her children, Jon or her bank accounts to stay on tv. I hope her show is cancelled quickly, never to be heard from again, and then the eight can get back to thier lives.

Why are you blaming Kate for Jon's actions? She didn't go to the press Stephanie did. If someone were to video tape you day in and out, would you ever be seen raising your voice? Isn't it possible TLC scripts a lot of what we see, or edits out other stuff.. After all they do it on all the other reality shows. Jon himself said he often talked back to her but they didn't air it

Obviously, you didn't see the pictures of the babysitter (who was hired by Jon and was the reason for Kate's meltdown cause she didn't want her with her children) coming out of his apt. after spending the evening drinking with him at his favorite pub "Legends" and then going home with him. As far as Jon being out from under, I disagree, he has no job, a $5,000 a month in NYC, cars he had no business buying (Porche, Mercedes, etc). I thought that, yesterday, the judge told both parties to keep this private and settle with an arbitrator, yet Jon can't keep his mouth shut and was all over the gossip shows today!! ET, Insider, etc.

um, this wasn't HER babysitter... it was the babysitter Kate tried to thwart, that Jon was shlepping, and that he insisted on having babysit that same time the cops were called... the babysitter that Jon smoked pot with, one room over from his kids, the babysitter he cheated on Hailey with, while he was 1st cheating on Kate with Hailey, etc....

Also Mr. Gosselin, was a comp specialist, so maybe kate had him handle the banking?-

Yes, I believe that Jon has been contemplating building a case on Kate way before the split up. He may have been having infidelity before splitting and wanted to have ammunition and access to accounts especially bank accounts if Kate left, blocking him out of the bank accounts. I was a regular viewer until all of this came down. Now I only watch if Jon is not on the program. I do believe that he hacked into her accounts. He was in IT for a long time, he certainly knows how to do it. He is a low life, it makes no sense for him to get cold feet about having 8 kids after they are 4 1/2 years old. Jon is scum. Kate is not perfect. None of us are, but jon's public behavior will be extremely harmful to the kids. Wait until they become teenagers and we will really see the impact of jon's actions.

It is obvious now that he needed someone to control his actions...he is totally out of control and I believe he is capable of doing anything to try to stay in the spotlight for a few more minutes! He is not worthy of Kate or the money she brokered the family with the show and the books!

He got tired of her mistreating him. I'm sure others reminded him, how cruel she was to him. They both are being selfish now, looking out for their future, not thinking of the children that they are affecting. And where is Kate's family? We only hear from brother Kevin and sister in law Jody.

I believe that this whole thing has become a game between both Jon and Kate. Jon is angry and wants to get back at Kate, and Kate likes being in front of the camera's. It's money after all!

Yes, Jon hacked into Kate's files-- e-mails--bank accounts or anything else he could get his hands on, and I don't blame him one bit !!
