He has the body let him do it while he can. His son won't be seeing it. If you are wondering my age I am 49 and have 3 children...so don't make that an issue. He deserves to see his child!!!!

To those who say Levi is not paying support and that the Palins let him see his son whenever he wants: not true on both counts,
Levi IS paying child support now. Sarah wrecked his career on the slope by blabbing about it on local Alaskan radio. And now that she's through with using him for her "family values" facade it's going to be hard for him to get work in Alaska. Trooper Wooten that she and Todd went after for months, had to be transferred to a desk job because he received so many threats from Sarah's "fans". If a trooper can't be kept safe from those loons, how is Levi supposed to find decent work in a state whose government and industry are still crammed with Palin cronies. Oh, and by the way, Sarah's behavior regarding Wooten was so over the top that the judge in the custody case between Trooper Wooten and Sarah's sister had to admonish Sarah for slamming Wooten as it is not proper to disparage the children's father that way.
The Palins have refused at several points in time to allow Levi to see his child. He had to go to the media to get their attention. Then he would be allowed to see his child for a bit. Now they are back to withholding the child. The people who think that Levi has said things that should disallow him seeing his child need to learn a bit more about family court and find out that NEWS FLASH, families on both sides of a divorce sometimes say things much nastier than Levi has said. It's not his fault Palin is a diva whack job. He hasn't said she sells her body for money, which is what Palin said about Levi on her official FB page. Calling somebody prostitute for doing modeling is pretty rich coming from her. And Levi has NEVER said anything negative in the media about Bristol, the actual other parent.
Levi's access to Tripp has again dried up. He's not welcome at Palin's compound, and Bristol won't return his calls. A kid needs his dad, too. Sarah Palin should butt out and grow up. And Bristol should move ou ton her own and establish her own life. She can still get family help, but if living at Sarah's means Levi can't see his kid, then Bristol needs to move out of there and have her own life.-

Levi seems to be more intent on inflicting pain on Sarah Palin and her family than actually wanting to raise his child. He needs to remember that ALL family members, including Sarah Palin, will be in this child's life FOREVER. Custody will not erase these family ties. Much of our child custody issue in this country are due to a system that absolutely does not work and was designed to be gender bias.

You bet! Any child thrives by having two parents in their life. Nobody has the right to say who shouldn't be a parent to their own child. Both parent needs to put their differences, disagreement and disputes aside and focus on the "best" interest of their child. Children want and benefit from fathers. If Levi is committed to being a good father to his child, then he should have joint custody. Although it is despicable that Levi is making money off of his connection to Sarah Palin and he has betrayed the Palin family's friendship, two years from now other people will be making headlines and his name will be forgotten. Regardless of public opinion about Johnston, he wants to do the right thing and take responsibility for his child, and in todays world that says a lot. There are so many children in this world who don't know their fathers for the simple fact that their fathers could care less about them.
