It depends on whether the negligence was a result of carelessness on which party moreso than the other. With so many skeems, to slip and fall seems the easiest to get paid for and Oprah is a prime candidate for the 'deep pocket' syndrome. I have attended several of her shows and everything from the lines to the seating was done in an organized fashion. In addition, if people appreciated education and philanthropic work as much as the poverty stricken countries do, more donations would be given to US. As far as the race card...GET OVER IT!!!! She is no more racist than Dhali Llama!!

Unfourtunately yes... I hate this is happening to Oprah but it happened at her show and it was her job to make sure that people get seated "properly". Of course there is no way to make people "not" stampede but, a little organization may have helped

After 25 years, Oprah is retiring her talk show next season. Thoughts?
