  • Once, I witnessed a detainee strapped to"the chair in SC. The jail officials tending this individual was tapping on his chest, was attempting to make the i.v. enter is body at a fast rate. Finally, EMT arrived. To this date, I do not know if the individual survived.

  • Sean Levert's death seems very suspicious to me. The will lie to cover themselves. From what I hear, what they are saying seem very out of character for him. Family, don't take their word. Demand an investigation. He should have received medical attention at the onset, not strapped into a chair.

  • The family should look into this. It seems a bit fishy to me. They should retain a lawyer. I believe his was ill and should have had medical treatment , not restraints.

  • Yes, I do think the jail is responsible for Sean's death because he expressed to them that he wasn't feeling well. His pressure probably did go up because of what he was facing. I knew of a man who had a heart attack and died the night before he was to turn himself in. The deputies probably felt he was just saying he didn't feel good to get attention. Instead, they go and restrain him. I don't think that was right. and I bet they beat him in his stomach and such so that there wouldn't be any bruises for anyone to see. Because I know the deputies were mad because he was making noise and yelling. I bet more thatn anything they beat him and restrained him because they were angry and they know that they can get away with it. Yes this should be looked into. Just because you don't see foul play in the open, dosent mean there is no foul play. Authorities need to stop letting these deputies get away with what they do. Even though you are jailed you are still a human being. INVESTIGATE!

  • Somthing Sinks Here, FBI need to look into the activity of why Sean did not get attention sooner.
They bare some responsiblity to explain their action on what happen to Mr.Levert during his stay in there custody.

May he rest in peace ;-(

  • There is something very wrong here if he told them he was sick why didn't they get himmedical help? and why would you strap someone down who is saying they don't feel well. Yes they had something to do with his death and should be held responable.
