If the trailer for season five of Jersey Shore wasn't enough of an indicator as to what we have in store for the gang's return to Seaside Heights, the cast assures us we're in for a wild and unpredictable 2012, complete with drama, heartbreak, and much more face time.
All nine of the Shore's finest guidos and guidettes sat down with The Insider's Brooke Anderson to dish on the upcoming episodes, eager to set some of the rumors straight-- especially about Vinny's sudden decision to leave the Heights.
"Things got real for him," explains Pauly, "everyone deals with stress differently."
While Vinny remains tight-lipped on whether he'll have a change of heart later in the season, he confirms the issues he was dealing with eventually get sorted out, but we'll just have to watch to know for sure that he stays.
"The filming schedule is pretty tough," said Vinny, detailing his breakdown. "This is the first time we did two seasons back to back, so I had some personal problems that I dealt with that pans out in the first couple episodes…you have to wait and see."
As for JWoww and Snooki's much-anticipated spin-off, the best friends tell us they have yet to film an episode, but tell viewers to expect a sort of "Laverne and Shirley: 2012."
Watch the above video for more, including Deena's "underwears" regret.
