I agree with you completely. After watching the first few episodes of 'the British Bachelor' his true intentions were terribly obvious. When he had all the ladies fighting for him, he was very happy and he loved it. But when there were less ladies buzzing around him, he grew considerably less happy and it showed on his face.
This last version of the "Bachelor" has turned me off from this show forever. How is it that NONE of the men on this show married the girl in the end? One would think that out of all the bachelors and all the ladies, that at least one bachelor would be sincere and true to his proposal. But sadly that hasn’t happened.
It is very interesting, however, that the ladies version of this show (“The Bachelorette”) has better statistics, since Trista and Ryan are happily married.
Perhaps the screening process for “the Bachelor” is flawed. At any rate, it appears that the producers of the "Bachelor" are purposely highlighting a show that glorifies multiple women fighting and back-stabbing each other over a man.
