MJ's mother or someone who really loved him from that family SHOULD have a say in that estate. Whoever gets custody of those children SHOULD have a say in that estate. MJ's mom, Latoya, or Janet needs to hire a handwriting analysis expert, because those initials at the end of each paragraph in that will are not similar, they are all different, which signifies to me that it was not the same person who wrote those. This speaks to the validity of the will. Jermaine, on the one hand I can understand what you mean by anyone challenging the will will go against MJ's wishes, and I agree MJ's wishes should be respected, but it would be a terrible thing if someone tried a little forgery with regards to this will. It seems terribly strange to me that MJ supposedly wrote this will 7 ( 7 yrs ago?!) years ago. MJ comes across to me as someone who was intelligent and responsible, why wouldn't he have written a more recent will or at least updated this one. Also why would he put a no contest clause in his will if he was leaving everything to his mother & children? Why would he even think either of them would contest anything. That no contest clause stipulates if anyone contests the will they will be cut out, only people who are not happy with the way things have been outlined contest things, so therefore why would his mother or the children contest anything? There are alot of things in this case that gives one pause. I'd like to send my condolences to the Jackson family & hope that EVERYTHING in this case gets taken care of the right way, because I have a soft spot in my heart for MJ, because I can relate to how he hurt due to all the cruel things people said about him & how people tried to constantly exploit him for his money & talent. When he went through that trial I was right there with him, because I KNEW he was innocent. He may have suffered from emotional arrested development and that would explain why he loved to be around children, also he had a childlike heart. There was no crime there, he just loved children because they are not malicious. I wish people would stop poking at him simply because they don't understand him. Read Psychology books, arrested development is a legitimate condition. If you don't understand something, then learn about it, & stop attacking people with your words. Don't you all know you will one day have to give account for EVERY word you have spoken? Think about it! & take responsibility for your words and actions. Trying to character assassinate someone for any reason is wrong, & this includes for the reasons of envy, jealousy or lack of understanding.

Here's a little history lesson on Diane Dimond:

In 1993, Diane did a segment with two of Michael's former bodyguards. They claimed they were fired because they knew too much about Michael's relationships with young boys. Diane swore that the bodyguards were not paid for their story. A contract later revealed that they were given $100,000 to appear on her show. When taken to court, both bodyguards admitted they made the whole thing up.

That same year, Michael's former maid Blanca Francia appeared on Hard Copy claiming she'd seen Michael naked in a Jacuzzi with young boys. A copy of Francia's testimony reveals that Hard Copy paid her $20,000 to make this story up. Again, under oath, the disgruntled ex-employee admitted she was full of $hit.

A man named Victor Gutierrez appeared on Hard Copy claiming he'd seen a tape of Michael having sex with a young boy. Diane later repeated his comments on a Los Angeles TV station. When it was proven that Gutierrez made the entire thing up, Michael filed a lawsuit against him and Hard Copy. Although Diane was dismissed from the lawsuit because of some crap regarding journalistic integrity (which shouldn't even be used in the same sentence with the name "Diane Dimond"), Gutierrez was forced to pay Michael $2.7 million.

In 1995, Diane found a random street kid from Toronto who told her that Michael Jackson had sexually abused him. Diane escorted the boy to the police where they questioned him for hours. Diane was ready to report the story on Hard Copy but the boy confessed that he made it all up. Since Diane had already signed on to the story, she was forced to report it. She tried to make it seem as if she was also a victim of the boy's lie but it's blatantly obvious that she was the one who sought him out. Why would a kid go to HER of all people and make accusations against Michael Jackson? Wouldn't the police be a more logical alternative?

Diane admitted that she knew about the new allegations in advance (because her buddy the DA wanted her there). She was also at Neverland when the police conducted their search of the grounds.

In November, Diane reported that police found love letters addressed to the boy in Michael's home. It was later revealed that no such letters existed

Miko Brando, Lou Ferrigno, and MJ’s musical director all state that Michael was in good shape and good spirits, excited about going back to work. And the tech rehearsal footage (it was not a dress rehearsal; MJ wasn’t dancing full out, but just enough for the stage manager to set the light cues) seems to bear this out.

But others are going to great lengths to convince us that MJ was a “living corpse”, gulping down thousands of pills per month, unable to function without vast quantities of drugs. Jamie Lee Curtis (?!) writes a blogpost about MJ’s inability to deal with his addictive personality, and ignoring the fact that she’s no physician, and doesn’t know what the hell she’s talking about. Doctors flout Federal HIPAA regs and reveal the most intimate details of MJ’s medical conditions, on international television. And how does one person take $100,000 worth of prescription drugs? Instead of billing him, the pharmacist should have alerted the DEA.

Who stands to benefit most if MJ is portrayed as an out-of-control addict, instead of a patient with a severe pain-management problem? Gee, I’d say it’s whoever took out a life insurance policy that pays only if the insured dies of a drug overdose. Fill in the blank.

Nobody can get a prescription for Diprivan, and it can’t be self-administered. It was found in MJ’s house. Yet we’re supposed to believe that there were no medical personnel at fault – just the out-of-control addict.

It’s like Joe said, everybody stole from MJ. Even now – don’t buy anything from AEG with MJ’s likeness. They weren’t giving him a cut of the souvenir money, even though it’s standard in the industry for the STAR to share in the profits.

Destroying MJ is a profitable industry. Uri Geller got his $200,000 for urging MJ to trust Martin Bashir. Bashir was just a middling UK television presenter, but by portraying MIchael as a child molester, he got himself made the host of NIghtline! (You can’t tell me there weren’t dozens of American broadcasters way more qualified who wanted that gig.) I truly believe that, if it were not for Bashir’s hatchet job, Michael would be alive today.

The mainstream media has decided that Joe Jackson is the villain of this piece. So much easier to blame his actions of decades ago for MJ’s death, instead of following the money to see who’s getting rich off him today. (If Michael hated Joe so much, why did he often refer to him as a genius? Why did he live with Katherine and Joe long after he was a multi-multi millionaire, able to afford any living arrangement he desired?)

So don’t blame old Larry – he’s just doing his part. They just couldn’t stand to see Michael living in a paradise like Neverland, owning the Beatles’ catalog. This is Latoya’s broken clock moment – for once, she’s right. There were a lot of folks in on this take down.

Why shouldn't she apply, after all she is the grandmother, she has all the children around her to help out with the children, I really can't see any of MJ siblings not being supportive with his children while his mother is raising them. THIS IS THE ONLY FAMILY THESE CHILDREN KNOW..

This memorial was beautiful to watch, I just wish we could have been there out side th stadium to show my love and support to the MJ and his family.. I just so love his children they are so caring towards each other and very supportive. Michael has shown the world that he has be the perfect father that any child would want.. STAY HARD PRINCE, PARIS and MICHAEL, because the Americans haven't finished with you's, THEY DISTORYED YOUR FATHERS LIFE, NOW THEY WILL DISTROY YOURS..
