According to TMZ Tiger Woods sustained injuries after a dispute with his wife and not a car accident. Tiger has not spoken to anyone in an official statement to confirm that he was a victim of domestic violence. There are claims that Tiger was fleeing from his wife Elin who accused him of having an affair. If this is true then Tiger’s wife is dangerous and she should be charged with assault. He could have been seriously injured in the car crash. Tiger Woods did not suffer facial lacerations from a car accident. They were inflicted by his wife, Elin Nordegren — according to a conversation Woods had Friday after the accident. Tiger has yet to be formally interviewed by the Florida Highway Patrol — that should happen this afternoon. But we’re told Tiger had a conversation Friday — with a non-law enforcement type — detailing what went down before his Escalade hit a fire hydrant.We’re told he said his wife had confronted him about reports that he was seeing another woman. The argument got heated and, according to our source, she scratched his face up. We’re told it was then Woods beat a hasty retreat for his SUV — but according to our source, Woods says his wife followed behind with a golf club. As Tiger drove away, she struck the vehicle several times with the club. We’re told Woods became “distracted,” thought the vehicle was stopped, and looked to see what had happened. At that point the SUV hit the fire hydrant and then hit a tree. [TMZ] White House gate crasher, Michaele Salahi, has dubbed the new “balloon boy”. The reality show wannabe may face criminal charges after she snuck into the White House State dinner without an invitation. Salahi is a potenital Real Housewives of D.C. cast member and posted photos of her posing with President Obama on her now infamous facebook page. [HUFFINGTON POST] Keyshia Cole’s reps denied the rumors but appears that the R&B singer is pregnant. Keke was recently spotted trying to hide a noticeable preggers baby bump at an event. Back in September, everybody (including Keyshia’s manager Manny) denied that Keyshia Cole was pregnant. Rihanna celebrated the release of her album Rated R with a party at Chelsea hot spot Juliet. The pop star was superchic in a gold beaded dress designed by the Blondes. Some of the celebrity guests at the party were Victoria Secret model Selita Ebanks and supermodel Tyson Beckford. Congrats to Princess Riri!!! The singer got a black-and-grey cake from the Cake Boss at the New York City launch party for her new album, Rated R on Tuesday night. The cake was decorated to match her chosen “dark” theme, and included mannequins, barbed wire, and two televisions with images of art from her album. It was all crowned by a silver “R.” Of course, Rihanna’s lucky she got a piece at all. She showed up three hours late to the party, though she made her usual splash in a short, gold-sequined dress by noir jewelry for The Blonds, dazzling the likes of Diddy, Jay-Z, Fabulous and Christian Siriano. President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama hosted their first White House State dinner on Tuesday. Michelle Obama looked beautiful in a shimmering gold Naeem Khan gown. There was speculation that the First Lady was going to wear an Indian American designer to the dinner in honor of India’s Prime Minister. The White House invited celebrated NY chef Marcus Sammuelsson to prepare the vegetarian menu. [source] President Obama opened his first state dinner in the White House on Tuesday with a toast for India’s prime minister in which he called the United States’ relationship with India a “great and growing partnership.” Prime Minister Manmohan Singh returned the praise. “We are embarking on a new phase of our partnership. We should build on common values and interests to realize the enormous potential and promise of our partnership,” Singh said. After greeting Singh and his wife, Gursharan Kaur, at the North Portico, the Obamas and their guests, including prominent Indian Americans and a sprinkling of Hollywood moguls, went to dinner under a white tent on the South Lawn. They dined on vegetarian fare prepared with the help of a top New York chef at tables decorated in gold, apple green and purple colors, with a mix of tableware from three presidential china collections. It was a glittery assembly, a total of 339 guests; black-tie mingled with turbans, sparkly evening gowns mixed with bright saris. The first lady wore a strapless, champagne-colored gown, embellished with silver accents and with a matching shawl by Indian-American fashion designer Naeem Khan. She wore large dangling earrings and an armful of churis, traditional sparkly Indian bangle bracelets. Prior to the dinner, Michelle Obama previewed the table settings and menu. She compared the preparation work to that of a gliding swan. “We’re kind of calm and serene above water — but we’re paddling like mad, going crazy underneath, trying to look smooth,” she said. The mostly vegetarian meal (Singh is a vegetarian) of potato dumplings with tomato chutney and green-curry prawns was served on gold-flecked china. Michelle Obama invited a guest chef, award-winning Marcus Samuelsson of Aquavit in New York City, to help with the menu. After-dinner entertainment was to include performances by the National Symphony Orchestra and Oscar winners Jennifer Hudson (Dreamgirls), A.R. Rahman (Slumdog Millionaire. Rihanna helped 6 year-old Jasmina Amena find a bone marrow transplant when the beautiful little girl was suffering from Leukemia. Jasmina is expected to make a full recovery from her illness. Last night’s American Music Awards featured big winners with Michael Jackson and Taylor Swift taking home top awards. Michael Jackson won 4 posthumous awards while Taylor Swift won 5 statues. There were several noteworthy comeback performances that were well worth the wait. Whitney Houston also make her big comeback and was seen having fun in the AMA audience with Alicia Keys. Rihanna stunned in a see thru bandage outfit which didn’t leave much of her body to the imagination. Riri also was sporting a new neck tattoo which may be temporary. The tat wasn’t visible when RIhanna was seen on the red carpet. The other much hyped AMA mishap occurred when Jennifer Lopez slipped and fell on her behind during her live performance of her singleLouboutins. We think JLo made a great recovery and that the slip wasn’t too noticeable because Jen fell down and then jumped up and kept on dancing. The only thing no one is feeling is her hubby Marc Anthony who snarky bloggers have affectionately nicknamed “Skeletor”. American Idol runner up, Adam Lambert, shocked the nation with his raunchy S&M simulated sex stage performance at the AMA’s. Lambert caused the internet to buzz after his Idol win after rumors circulated about his sexuality. The singer eventually confirmed that he was gay with a Rolling Stone Magazine cover story. Viral videos of Adam Lambert’s racy stage performances from before he was famous show that the singer always pushed the envelope . Lambert told RS that if any part of his AMA performance was edited before it was re-aired on the West coast then he would have to consider it to be discrimination. Adam Lambert was able to gain fans from American Idol from his tongue in cheek Freddy Mercury inspired performances but his live AMA singing voice is pretty awful. He completely missed the fact that his performance was terrible and no one should have been forced to watch it. The discrimination accusation was a bit too much.
