According to UK’s popular The New Musical Express (NME) Magazine, Beyonce’s 2003 hit ‘Crazy In Love’ is the best song of the decade. Beyoncé Knowles recorded the track with her then BF and now husband Jay-Z and released it in 2003 as the lead single of her first solo album Dangerously in Love. ‘Crazy In Love’ topped charts worldwide and helped the singer get her first two Grammy Awards. Demi’s W Magazine December 2009 cover has already been slammed as hugely photoshopped with a chunk of Moore’s left hip obviously missing from the picture. Demi denied the reports claiming she look “on the skinny side” but it was 100% her own slimmed down body. My hips were not touched,” Demi wrote on her Twitter page. “It’s just the way u have ur hip kinda swung to one side… why can noone see this!? Idiots! DWTS contestant and Playboy model Joanna Krupa is your new PETA angel. Actually, it’s Krupa’s second ad for the organization but it’s the first featuring her and her dog Rugby. Sporting nothing but angelic wings, Krupa looks really sexy in the ad photo, which PETA claims to be just a sneak peak of the “racier version” that will be released after Thanksgiving Day. In her ad Joanna calls you to adopt animals from shelters rather than get them from pet stores and breeders. “Save a life by adopting from an animal shelter, and always give your animal companions the love and care than they deserve,” reads the “Be an Angel for Animals: Always Adopt. Never Buy” ad. A devoted animal lover, Joanna Krupa is set to lead the protest outside a pet store that sells dogs and puppies from breeders on Dec. 1st in LA. We’re trying to spread the word that breeding isn’t the way to go,” the model said. “Somebody needs to put their foot down and stop this breeding and these puppy mills. …they’re in these little tiny cages, and all they’re doing is breeding their whole life. PETA activists must hate Thanksgiving Day with its turnkey thing. To somewhat balance the impact, PETA has released a new ad with a deadly serious connotation. Though it’s too explicit to misinterpret the meaning. In this new ad we see a happy family gathered for the Thanksgiving dinner with a little girl saying a prayer that among other things includes the following: “Dear God. Thank you for the turkey we are about to eat, and for the turkey farms, where they pack them into dark tiny little sheds for their whole lives. Thank you for when they burn their feathers off while they’re still alive, and for when the turkey gets killed by people who think it’s fun to stomp on their little turkey heads.” Has PETA made you think about skipping the turkey this year? According to the 2008 tax return for the Jolie-Pitt Foundation, Angelina Jolie and her long term partner and fellow good-doer Brad Pitt gave as much as $6.8 million to charities last year doubling what they gave in 2007. Furthermore, each of them put about $6 million in their organization. And the fair market value of the Jolie-Pitt Foundation is some more than $12 million now. According to the report, the biggest lump of the $6+ million charity pie was given to Global Health ($2 million), while Human Rights Watch and Brad Pitt’s Make it Right Foundation received $1 million each. The other valuable contributions also include those to the Armed Services YMCA of the U.S. Army ($50,000), projects in Cambodia (around $1m), as well as Missouri Public Schools and initiatives in Iraq. R Pattz WONT get $500m for Twilight TV series

Summit Entertainment, the studio behind The Twilight Saga, has dismissed the reports Robert Pattinson will bring Twilight to TV and eventually earn as much as $500 million for the whole series (or some $1.5 million per episode). Twilight Saga will not be turned into TV series (alas) and it won’t star R Pattz and Kristen Stewart. However, Twilight is indeed coming to TV next year. According to reports, Showtime has bought the rights to have the TV premiere of the first movie of the franchise on January 23, 2010. All the four films including The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn will be aired on the network starting late 2011, according to AceShowbiz.com. In related Twilight Saga News, as Breaking Dawn filming is still under question, the latest reports claim the decision whether to make Breaking Dawn a movie or not will depend on how well New Moon and Eclipse will perform in the box office. New Moon opening weekend record breaker

The midnight screening record was just the beginning. The Twilight Saga: New Moon has become the third movie to gross the biggest in the opening weekend. New Moon has grossed no less than $140.7 million domestically and some $118 million internationally. New Moon now comes third after The Dark Knight ($158 million) and Spider-Man 3 ($151 million) as the biggest opening weekend earners of all time. Moreover, New Moon has more than doubled Twilight’s opening weekend earnings, as a little bit less than a year ago the first part of the franchise earned only $69.6m in its first weekend. 2009 AMA glitzy & sparkly fashion

2009 American Music Awards redcarpet was all so chic and beautiful (every now and then though). My favorite dresses are those donned by Shakira and Rihanna. [Check them out here.] But I feel like sparkles and sequins today, so here are my top six sparkly dresses on the 37th Annual American Music Awards redcarpet. My top pick is Selena Gomez in her sequined silver over the knee dress. I don’t know what’s so attractive about it, maybe it’s the draping detail at the waist. Or maybe it’s the overall look created by the dress, the matching color box clutch, strappy heels and Selena’s charming smile. My other favorite is the beautiful one-shoulder gown sported by Carrie Underwood. She looked gorgeous in that dress, and my fave part of the whole look is the fancy sequined belt. Just loving it!
