Second Autopsy For A.j. Jewell

A second autopsy will be performed on A.J. Jewell, TMZ reports. His family is demanding that the ex-fiance of 'Housewives' star Kandi Burruss be exhumed because they are not content with the medical explanation for his death. The first autopsy found that the fistfight Jewell was in stirred up complications with his sickle cell disease.

Rihanna Talks Chris

In an interview today with The Bert Show on Q100 Atlanta, Rihanna said that despite their battered past, she misses her ex... "Places that we'd been to together, music...things that come up that remind you of your ex." She continues: "I've gotten over it but there's definitely constant reminders and a lot of it is listening to the radio, and songs that were our favorite songs, or his songs." When asked if she can still listen to his music, she says: "When it comes on the radio, I don't turn it off. I like his music." LISTEN

Chris Brown On The Right Path

TMZ reports that Chris Breezy was in court today. The judge looked at Breezy's progress report, which showed that he's completed 100 hours of community service and 52 domestic violence classes. Since everything looked all good, the hearing was over in seven minutes. The next progress report hearing is February 18.

Oprah To Go Off Air

Tim Bennett, the president of Harpo, Oprah's production company, has announced that the show will go off the air. "Tomorrow, Oprah will announce live on The Oprah Winfrey Show that she has decided to end what is arguably one of the most popular, influential and enduring programs in television history," the statement read. "The sun will set on the Oprah show as its 25th season draws to a close on September 9, 2011." The Oprah Winfrey Show is currently the longest-running daytime television talk show in the United States, having run nationally since September 8, 1986.

Nicole Richie Hospitalized For Pnemonia

After complaining of feeling badly for days, Nicole Richie was hospitalized for pneumonia at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. On Sunday, Richie, 28, said on her Twitter page that she had been battling illness, writing, "ok cold, it's been 6 days. Lets part ways graciously & keep it moving." And the following day, at a court hearing to get restraining orders against two paparazzi, Richie appeared subdued and her lawyer indicated to the judge that she wasn't feeling well. Last week the star's rep shot down Internet rumors that she was suffering from the swine flu. Yesterday, her rep reported that she was "doing well."

Usher Date Bumped Up

First it was "Papers," now Usher is set to release his album "Raymond vs Raymond"....so blatant. The release date just got bumped up to December 21. Bryan Michael Cox told MTV: "I think Usher is in a place where he really wants to express what's going on in his life, as any artist would," Cox said, referring to Usher's divorce from Tameka Foster-Raymond. "All the greats did it. Marvin Gaye did Here, My Dear. All the greats express where they are personally." "I think [the new album] is where we are going to see Usher as an artist. I'm very curious to hear what the rest of the album is going to sound like," Cox said about Raymond vs. Raymond. "Our records are definitely in that lane of touching on what's going on in his life, so we are going to see what's going to happen. I'm very excited about the album. I think he has a lot to say." GV Says: You know nothing is better than a man with a story, but have some class. He made such a big fuss about a black man being a father and husband to his black family. It's just ridiculous that he's so quick to trash all that now. Usher never ceases to show me his new lows.

Kareem Abdul-jabbar Diagnosed With Cancer

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, one of basketball's all-time greatest players, announced Tuesday morning that he has cancer. The sports legend made the public disclosure nearly a year after being diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia. Abdul-Jabbar, 62, was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia in December 2008 after having hot flashes and sweats. His blood work revealed that his white blood cell count was "sky high," he said. Now taking medication for the blood disease, he is expected to have a regular life span. "When the doctor told me I had cancer, I was scared," said Abdul-Jabbar. "My grandfather and my uncle both died from colorectal cancer, my dad almost died from it and I have the gene for it. It's in my family, so I thought this was something else along those lines, but it's not." Abdul-Jabbar, a father of five, said he came forward after learning many patients don't regularly take their medication and skip appointments to the doctor. "I'm telling my story to encourage fellow patients to take charge of their health," he said. "Work closely with your doctor, monitor your disease and, above all, take your medicine."

After much speculation, it's revealed that Toni Braxton is separated from her husband Keri Lewis, formerly of Mint Condition, after 8 years of marriage. Looks like the rumor mill is suspecting that the lip lock with singer Trey Songz during the opening of the 2009 Soul Train Awards, which was taped Nov. 3 in Atlanta (the show will air on BET at 9 p.m. on Nov. 29) may have been the cause.

Any single mother contributing to society the way she does – I got a lot of love for them. She’s got to do a lot on her own and raise a young black man in this day and age so my hat goes off to her. She’s definitely an anomaly. And the way she can do that and manage to do the same things that I complain about having to do.” His affection is as obvious as a set of flushed cheeks. And impossibly adorable. Wale, the former mixtape rapper from inner city DC, is borderline giddy. “Did you interview Solange about me?” Wale asks. He’s sprawled across his bed; head practically buried in the pillow. “Did she smile when you mentioned my name?” GV Says: Awww shoot girl....don't fight it.

Looks like AI is out of Memphis. Officially, everyone from Memphis is saying Iverson left to deal with a personal issue, but everyone else in the NBA knows that issue is Iverson could not stand the seat from the bench at the start of the game. Unfortunatley, it looks like Memphis is really trying to groom a young team, and that includes Mike Conley at point. Michael Wilbon as usual sheds good light on the situation.
