Ross, you handled the interview very well, considering how uncooperative Jessie was. I realize he had just gotten kicked off a few minutes ago, but geez, what a crybaby. Maybe its a side effect of steroids.

I would never trust Jon's judgement on picking a babysitter. He has shown terrible judgement in his choices!!! They should have some agreed upon list of babysitters, not some 20-something bartender who he hooked up with. Get it together, Jon!!
