It has a thick black leather strap and a gold-plated buckle with a large diamond-studded "M" in the center. Over the top of the "M" are the words "give it to me" and beneath it the nickname "M-Dolla." On the sides are diamond-studded dollar signs. The belt's not fit for a queen, but it's perfectly suited to the Queen of Pop, a champion of record sales and image makeovers. And it was made by the King of Belts — Tucson resident Reggie Parks. For 45 years, Parks has built championship belts for celebrity customers including Hulk Hogan, boxer Floyd Merryweather and the 2005 Chicago Bears defensive line. He is a pioneer in the industry, introducing new techniques and helping to make the championship belt a symbol of greatness. And he shows no signs of slowing down. Reggie Parks sits in front of his computer searching MSN.com to find footage from Madonna's new concert tour. The 73-year-old has been a fan of the Material Girl ever since she became his most famous client. Parks taps his foot as Madonna and Justin Timberlake perform their duet, "4 Minutes," at Madison Square Garden. "She's pretty good, eh?" he says. Madonna ordered two championship belts, the kind usually worn by large-bodied professional wrestlers and boxers, from Parks this spring. She wears a diamond-studded black leather belt on the cover of her new album, "Hard Candy." The second belt was sewn onto her skin-tight costume, to allow her extra mobility on stage. "And we might be making a third belt, for the wax Madonna at the Madame Tussauds museum," Parks says. FORMER WWE WRESTLER ARRESTED AT GUNPOINT AFTER WILD MELEE

Sandman was at a party being thrown in honor of WWE Hall of Famer Captain Lou Albano at La Lanterna when employees called the Yonkers Police around 9:45 pm because Sandman was throwing glasses at employees. The Yonkers Police Department confirmed just moments ago that two police officers, Jessica O'Dell and Frank McDonald of the First Precinct, suffered cuts to the hands and arms when Sandman kept throwing glasses when the officers arrived on the scene. The Yonkers Police Department confirmed this morning that Sandman has been charged with second-degree assault, a felony, third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, second-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. Sandman was taken to Westchester County Jail for psychiatric evaluation. JUDGE RULES AGAINST TRICIA WALSH-SMITH IN THE INFAMOUS "YOU TUBE" DIVORCE CASE

The infamous "You Tube Divorce" case is over, and you can expect the losing side to go ballistic over the decision. Shubert Organization President Philip Smith, the broadway theatre mogul whose actress/playwright wife trashed him in a wild self-made You Tube video, has been granted a divorce from her. And it's not even going to cost him more than $750,000. Here comes the best news for Philip Smith. The judge Smith a divorce from Tricia Walsh-Smith on Monday on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. The wide-eyed British femme fatale lashed out against Smith in the tearful and furious YouTube video, which has attracted more than 3 million hits. She makes embarrassing claims about their intimate life and then calls his office to repeat those claims to a stunned assistant. On the video, Walsh-Smith also goes through their wedding album, describing family members as "bad," "evil" or "nasty," and expresses concern about eviction from the couple's luxury apartment. Judge Harold Beeler blasted Walsh-Smith for her video stunt, which he called "a calculated and callous campaign to embarrass and humiliate her husband" and to pressure him into settling the case on more favorable terms than were stated in their prenuptial agreement. "She has attempted to turn the life of her husband into a soap opera by directing, writing, acting in and producing a melodrama," the judge said. He said Monday that the prenuptial agreement, signed three weeks before the couple's 1999 wedding, was valid. This means Walsh-Smith must leave their Park Avenue apartment within 30 days and Smith, president of The Shubert Organization, the largest theater owner on Broadway, must pay her $750,000. Smith said after the ruling he was "sorry it had to come to this." "I'm happy with the decision of the judge, and I'm happy with the outcome," he said. Tricia Walsh-Smith, of course, didn't see the decision the same way. "I think it's disgusting," she said. "I'm really, really disappointed with the decision." She accused Smith of "basically throwing me out on the street." One of her attorneys, Joseph P. McCaffrey, said they would appeal. Smith also filmed a controversial episode of the SUN (UK)'s massively popular broadband television show, THE HEYMAN HUSTLE, hosted by sports entertainment icon Paul Heyman in New York City. She seemed at ease and confident on stage while teaming up with her love interest in the play, fellow "Making the Band" alum Ashley Parker Angel, who plays Link. Britney Spears To Lash Out At Mom and Justin Timberlake On Next Album -- DRAMA ALERT!

Brit hopes to get even with a few people on her sixth studio album. We’re not sure how intrepid Mirror journo Zoe Griffin got her hands on some of the “raw and furious” lyrics, but according to the report, Spears lashes out at her mother, Lynne Spears, in the song “ATM,” on which she allegedly sings, “Hey, Mama, I know it’s my cash you seek,” before breaking into a chorus of “You know they treat me like an ATM/ But y’all know that I’m too good for ‘em.” But perhaps the harshest alleged lyrics on the album are aimed at ex Justin Timberlake the tune “Already Bad.” According to the report, Spears douses suggestions that she was (as she had claimed) a virgin before hooking up with Timberlake. “I know you thought you were the first/ But I had already quenched my thirst/ I was already bad,” Spears reportedly sings. A spokesperson for Spears’ label could not be reached for comment on the Mirror report at press time. Spears isn’t all business these days, though. One day after signing a new custody arrangement with much-maligned ex-hubby Kevin Federline, Brit attended a major charity function hosted by Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey. Though she reportedly didn’t chat with any other guests, the singer was said to have “looked great and seemed really happy.”

Affliction, a t-shirt company that has decided to enter the live event and pay per view business of Mixed Martial Arts, has formed an alliance with real estate billionaire and reality show superstar Donald Trump. Now Trump's son, Donald Jr is getting in on the publicity surrounding Mixed Martial Arts. In an interview with the Daily Intel section of NEW YORK MAGAZINE's website, Donald Trump Jr talks about his father's involvement in MMA and the fact that as Executive Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for the Trump organization, he has a vested interest in his family's involvement in Affliction. Just when you thought there was absolutely nowhere else to go beyond the towers, the TV show, and Tara Conner, the Trump empire is expanding once again. This time, the Donald & Co. have bought a portion of Affliction, the new mixed-martial-arts league, which will face off against Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in the realm of televised, no-holds-barred beatings. In case you didn’t know, this is the blood sport that John McCain once called "human cockfighting" — pretty little Miss USA it ain’t. "Our family has always been into sports," Don Jr., who is Executive Vice-President of Development and Acquisitions for the Trump organization, explains to us. LOOK OUT UFC AND DONALD TRUMP! MARK CUBAN WANTS TO PROMOTE THE BIGGEST FIGHT IN MMA

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban added to the heated rivalry between UFC and Affliction MMA tomorrow night by discussing his dream of former UFC Heavyweight Champion Randy Couture stepping into the cage against Fedor Emalianenko for HDNet. But that bout is unsigned, and its prospects are uncertain. Couture, 45, and the UFC are at odds over Couture's contract. Couture claims he'll be free of the UFC in October, but the UFC contends he owes the organization two more fights. The matter is in court. Cuban won't be involved in any Couture-Emelianenko fight while Couture is under contract with the UFC.

Trump's embarrassing appearance on Howard Stern's Sirius Satellite Radio Show especially exposed his lack of understanding regarding the MMA genre, as Trump did not know Fedor Emalianenko's last name (referred to him as "Fedor" constantly) and never once named his opponent (former UFC Heavyweight Champion Tim Sylvia). Trump has also spent the week promoting that the Affliction MMA PPV show is sold out as a live event, when ringside seats are still available as of this posting. Why Trump would take the "sold out" approach for "positive vibes" instead of moving the seats when he needs to, is something I cannot explain. White is president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, the top MMA organization in the world, and spent years working to make the UFC profitable. Now, at last, he is reaping the benefits, so it's understandable that White gets defensive when another organization tries to take a piece of the pie. The latest being Affliction. "Nobody knows this sport or business of mixed martial arts better than I do," White said. "I can sit right back and watch everything that everybody does and tell you exactly what's going to happen." Come Saturday night, the two go head to head, though White already predicts doom for Affliction. In fact, he refuses to call them competition. "The guy who owns this company sells T-shirts for a living," White said. "They've never even put on a show." Affliction, an apparel company based in Signal Hill that has grown popular in MMA circles, is venturing into the show business side of the sport with its production of Banned, a pay-per-view event scheduled for Saturday night at the Honda Center in Anaheim. Tom Atencio, vice president of Affliction, is aware he's been referred to as the "T-shirt guy" by White. He said it's just another sign that White feels backed into a corner. "When somebody's threatened, they fight back," he said. "They tend to get their feathers ruffled." Affliction's card has gained attention because it's scheduled to feature some of the sport's top heavyweights, including Fedor Emelianenko, considered No. 1 in his weight class. The heavyweight division is considered one of the weakest in the UFC. "Every single one of our fights could be a main event," Atencio said. Affliction is going big in other areas as well, partnering with real estate tycoon Donald Trump in raising capital, bringing in former UFC referee "Big" John McCarthy to serve as television analyst and securing heavy metal band Megadeth to perform during intermission. Despite these signs of being a first-rate operation, White said Affliction is setting itself up for a first-round knockout. "I see them as a smaller league that's trying to get up off the ground," White said. "They're going to blow way too much money doing it, and they won't be around much longer." White hasn't made it any easier for Affliction. On five weeks' notice, he patched together a six-fight card that will run simultaneously with Affliction's show; only the UFC will broadcast its event from the Palms in Las Vegas on the basic cable channel Spike TV. Headlining the card is one of the UFC's best fighters, middleweight champion Anderson Silva (24-4), who will move up to the light-heavyweight division for a one-time non-title bout against James Irvin (14-4). For the money-conscious cable-ready consumer, the difference between watching a free UFC show and paying $39.95 to watch Affliction might be a no-contest. Affliction appeared to land one last counterpunch, however, making a deal to broadcast its card on closed-circuit television at Gold Coast casino, which is directly across from the Palms on Flamingo Road. "It's just another opportunity to watch our fight," Atencio said. As for Trump's involvement, he simply wasn't impressed with UFC's business strategy and said the company's counter-programming is additional proof that it's peering over its shoulders. "Obviously, they consider this a threat and they take it seriously," Trump said. "[We're] a group of people with a lot of money who like this particular sport, and I can see someone wanting to [counter us]." The bad blood between the UFC and Affliction goes back a few years. Affliction has promotional deals with a number of UFC fighters who wear the company's clothing during appearances. White then banned his fighters from wearing the Affliction logo during UFC events because Affliction, he said, "started competing." "I don't like the way they do business," White said. But White's action inspired Affliction executives to produce their own shows. By not being allowed to wear the Affliction logo, the UFC fighters were the ones losing out on the additional income, Atencio said. "[White] creates his own competition," he said. "By banning us, it just made sense for us to start our own organization. . . . We as a team wanted to give back to the fighters that helped us out." But White gives no ground, though he does offer this advice to companies that want to venture into MMA productions: Start with small shows. Shortly after he purchased the UFC with partners Lorenzo Fertitta and his older brother, Frank III, a UFC event was held in which they managed to sell 3,500 tickets and earned only $118,000 in gate receipts. That was in 2001, and they lost $2.4 million that night. It took a few more years of frustration and near-bankruptcy before the UFC made it into the black. "You want to learn how to do this business," he said. "Spend 44 [expletive] million dollars to figure it out like I did . . . maybe you'll make it, maybe you won't. Good luck." Affliction will have an even more difficult time, White said, because the company is promoting fights on the side, not as its main source of revenue. In reality, putting together regular shows is more than a full-time job. "For the last 10 years, all I've done, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, is mixed martial arts," White said. "I don't take my eye off the ball, I have the road map, I know exactly where we're going." Where the fans end up this weekend is still to be determined. Atencio has one suggestion. "Watch the pay-per-view and tape the UFC," he said. "I'm going to. I'd be a fool not to."
