Kate is doing what she has had to do even before they had 6 more kids. She has been the one to carry the heavy load for the family. Jon loves the money the show makes, without all the hard labor. He was like having a 9th child in the house and the biggest baby of all. She is so better off without him in the long run. Kate, wake up! You are a beautiful woman and can do so much better. Start acting like the foxy, smart, strong and capable woman that you are. If the show doesn't fly don't worry. Jons girlfriend has family money to pay child support and tell him what to do now. Stop worrying girl!

Kate is down to 8 children to raise now and she will make it. I'll bet if any money has been saved, Kate saved it. She has been the planner and backbone because he doesn't have what it takes to raise this family. If the show fails I'm glad the girl friends family has money to help Jon pay child support. I'm sure they can find a job for him, show him how to do it and the girl friend can call the shots. This way Jon will not spin in circles wondering what to do. The next story will be how the girlfriend and her family were mean to Jon and expected him to actually perform like a grownup. Not going to happen people!

Having the title of American Idol is wonderful, however, is does not guarantee stardom. Either you have what it takes to be a super star or you don't. I have listen to music of all kinds for 62 years and have 5 grandchildren ( almost grown) who love music. We all agree that Adam has a huge career ahead hands down. So we are looking forward to hearing a lot more from him. You rock Adam!

I suspect Simon Cowell's passionate love (other than mum and family) is his career. How can a relationship compete with that. He simply loves his hard earned position at the top more than a romantic attachment. When faced with a choice of placing his demanding career second to his love life, sorry. (So far anyway) I bow to the lady who can change that. I think he is just to honest a person to lie about it either. I also believe he is the type to have been up front about it from the beginning. I have spent 62 years, forty of them married, raising a family and working. I base my opinion on all those years of life around me. I love American Idol and Simon.
