She has a right to stop the ex-boyfriend from showing or releasing the 'sex tapes'!! Even if they had been done with her consent, he does not have her consent to release them. As a matter of fact, she should get the judge to compel him to handover the tapes for destruction or he should be slammed with damage claims and criminal charges too. I am afraid he's gone too far!!! What he's done constitutes a clear infringement of her privacy and does not show him up as a person with a good heart. Having once loved the lady, he should not descend so low as to exploit her weakness and position by releasing the tapes. Of course the ex's action is intended to hurt her seriously!!!. She should get the tapes seized and she ought to get the guy sued in civil action suit for emotional hurt!!!
