You can definitely tell the intelligent bloggers from the sad pathetic ones that think this is a joke. Anyone who thinks that this is the place to be funny or may think that any part of this is okay is obviously ignorant and not a highly regarded part of our society. Abuse is wrong. And it is legally punishable.

First of all he did hit her. He apologized for doing it. So get your facts straight. When I was younger, I was abused by my boyfriend. It was back before Oprah or talk shows so I didn't know that anyone else was experiencing it. I broke up with him after the 3rd time. Though the first time should have been enough. No one should ever put up with abuse! Ever.

what does she see in him? Doesn't she watch the reruns? What of value has he brought to her life? What has he said in public that would make anyone "get" what she sees in him??? Someone needs to tell her that she would be way more credible and likeable without him!

Evidently all the judgemental people here have never had a teenager. Nor have they ever had more than one child in a family or siblings!
Certain things reflect what kind of family you come from. However, kids make mistakes, they make decisions that their parents may not agree with, and not everyone's child is perfect. Until all of your children are perfect, make no mistakes and do exactly what you want. Don't run for a public office or you will be judged.
