Survivor Champ Richard Hatch in Jail Again

Survivor winner Richard Hatch is back behind bars. The reality star's sister claims he was sent to jail again because he granted a TV interview, the Associated Press reports. Hatch, who won Survivor in 2000, was taken to the Barnstable County Sheriff's Office in Bourne, Massachusetts after being arrested at his sister's Newport, Rhode Island, home -- where he had been living under house arrest after serving nearly four years in prison for tax evasion. See photos of stars in court. Kristen Hatch said that she overheard a deputy say he was being jailed because "he did an interview." Hours prior to his arrest, Hatch, 48, appeared on the Today show with host Matt Lauer. In the interview, he accused a prosecutor of misconduct and said he believed the judge in his case discriminated against him because of his sexual orientation. (In court papers filed earlier this year, Hatch complained of widespread prejudice in the justice system against gay people.) He also told Lauer that being imprisoned and paying his lawyers has left him "financially devastated." See who else crossed the law last year. 60 Minutes Creator Don Hewitt Dies

60 Minutes creator Don Hewitt died Wednesday. He was 86 years old. Look back on stars who passed away last year. Hewitt, a veteran CBS newsman since 1948, was diagnosed with a small, contained tumor earlier this year and underwent treatment for pancreatic cancer. See photos of stars gone too soon. After Hewitt created the popular 60 Minutes program in 1968, which pioneered the TV newsmagazine format, he served as its executive producer until his retirement in 2004. It is now the most successful broadcast in the history of television journalism. He was honored with the second annual Lifetime Achievement Emmy presented by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Report: Michael Jackson's Doctor to Be Charged With Manslaughter

Michael Jackson's personal physician will be charged with manslaughter within the next two weeks, FOX News reports. A law enforcement source says Dr. Conrad Murray could be arrested as soon as next Wednesday. Next week, investigators plan to execute one more search warrant - possibly at a Los Angeles pharmacy -- in an attempt to gather more evidence, so the arrest would likely happen the following week, according to the report. So You Think You Can Dance Star Charged with Rape

Four months after former So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Alex Da Silva was arrested and subsequently cleared of multiple rape-related charges, he was arrested again for allegedly sexually assaulting four women. The District Attorney claims the alleged assaults occurred between August 2002 and March 2009.
