Well, Kate got the free tummy tuck and John got the plastic surgeon's daughter. We all know that the surgeon's wife was a huge fan of the show; that's why her hubby did Kate's procedure for free. Now the fan hopes she will have the ultimate fan memento...Jon as a son-in-law! Hahahah

Kate is a shrew and Jon is a tool and the 8 kids are pawns that bring in the family's bacon. They are the real losers here and the only ones who deserve any sympathy.
