this is down right ridiculous. it is a shame to go to this extreme to keep up your appearance. yes you want to look and feel beautiful and young, but not to this degree. once you start with plastic surgery to this degree, it is hard to stop, because you have to repair or rather try to fix what damage you have done. bless her heart. i know she didn't intend for this to happen.
