I find The Insiders coverage of the woman with the HUGE breast implants to be an extreme example of exploiting a desperate mentally ill person to gain ratings for their show. Instead of following her around and making her a "tragic wanna-be celebrity", The Insider should be seeking extensive psychological treatment for her!
(With no cameras allowed and no credit taken by the show.) I will no longer be a viewer!
