Has anyone from the Democrats ever stopped to think that if something should happen to the president and the VP - Pelosi (speaker of the House) would take over and she has 6 kids. No one asked her how she qualified and how would she take care of her family.

Also, I can tell that those who say Palin was not taking care of her daughter, has never had a teenage daughter....!

I cannot believe that the Democrats and the newscasters would fall so low as to lay this on a 17 year old's head.

Put yourself in her shoes. You see your mother, who is supporting you and the mistake you made 5 months ago, offered the possibility of being VP and that could all be taken away from her because you were not careful enough. For the rest of her life she will blame herself for taking that chance away from her mother. It is not the publics place to condem her or her mother. It is a personal, family issue they are dealing with. It has no bearing on whether Sara can do the job of the VP or not. Lets get on with the program and leave their family out of it.
