  Paul Newman's daughter gives great insight into what her dad was like. I believe that she is smiling because she probably had a great relationship with her father and has no regrets. When people love their family members , treat them with dignity, and do all that they can with and for them while they were alive, they feel at peace when their loved one passes. Those people that cry , wail and carry-on when a family member dies usually have regrets about their relationship with that person.
