McCain calls Obama 'That One'

I think McCain is losing it...it is quite evident, that he can not believe 'That One' is leading in the Polls and gives superb "upper-cuts" in these debates.

The result is; frustration on McCain.

1. McCains remarks were downright rude

2. And for a second time in a row, he preferred not to look Obama in the eye.

3. After the debate, Obama ended up shaking Cindy McCain's hand after McCain directed Obama's handshake toward Cindy.

Therefore, with such an attitude, how exactly will he communicate diplomatically with world leaders who might or will be vocally critical?
