    Now Miss Manners if you had one ounce of them, you would of contacted Ross privately with your concerns. There are people that go through life with negative remarks, rude remarks and they think it is ok to do so.
    
    You need to take a lesson in how to speak to other people. You might want to stand on Melrose with a sign that reads Patricia is clueless and is RUDE.
